At the nose the wine is fruity, with evident cherry and blackberry tones and a pleasent spicy and herbal note. In the mouth it appears fairly dense, with a good body and a balanced acidity, with perceptible, but controlled tannins. Good persistence, equally due to the fruity and spicy olfactory sensations. It closes with a slightly bitterish aftertaste.

The aromatic profile of this wine is intense and well expressed, balanced between rich fruity scents (red and blackcherry) and the sweet and spicy nuances from the oak. The wine enters the mouth with decision with a dense plot o tannins, but also a good softness combined with the right acidity. Long aromatic persistence with lavours of tobacco, coffee and spirituous fruit. Morellino Riserva for the density of tannins, its alcohol content and the richness of its scents can accompany the most challenging dishes.
