Basil Tomato Sauce
Ingredients: Tomato (93%), onion, carrot, basil (1.4%), extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Origin of the tomato: Italy.
Nutritional values per 100 g of product: energy 176/42 KJ/Kcal, fat 2.2 of which saturated fatty acids 0.3gr, carbohydrates 4.3gr of which sugars 3.9gr, protein 1.38gr salt 8.1gr. The nutritional values are calculated on the basis of analytical data and INRAN food composition tables.
The product is free from all the main allergens. Cereals and derived products of: wheat, barley, rye, oats, spelt, rice, buckwheat; Crustaceans and/or derivatives; Eggs and/or derivatives; Fish and/or derivatives; Peanuts and/or derivatives; Soya and soy products; Milk and/or derivatives; Walnuts and/or derivatives of: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, pecan nuts, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, pistachios; celery and derived products; mustard and mustard products; Seeds and derived products of: sesame, mustard, lupine, poppy; Sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations higher than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l expressed as SO2; Lupins and derived products; Molluscs and derived products.
Shelf-life and storage method. Shelf-life max 48 months from the date of production. Store in a dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, store in the fridge for max 3 days.
