SMELL
very intense with hints of roses, violets and berries typical of Lacrima, evolved into ripe jam and with nuances of vanilla due to aging in wood
TASTE
very smooth, intense and persistent body, clean and dry but not cloying sweetness. Right balance between the typical bitterness of Lacrima and the sweetness of a raisin wine
VINIFICATION
total withering with hanging grapes for about 4 months, following fermentation at controlled temperature, refinement for at least 3 years first in barriques then in tonneaux
