NAME: Verdicchio, autochthonous clone of Castelli di Jesi.
COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
SMELL: Fresh, fragrant, persistent with hints of bitter almonds.
TASTE: Dry, soft, floral with bitterish aftertaste.
VINIFICATION: In white with soft pressing and immediate cleaning of the must, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature.
