This type of wine is particularly susceptible to the climatic trend of the vintage.

The grapes are hand-harvested, the selected choice of perfectly healthy grapes at harvest and with the right phenolic maturation which allows a correct wine aging. Thanks to phenolic components and the presence of tannins, the wine features antioxidant properties. Every winemaking stage is done in a perfectly cleaned environment. The fermentation lasts 20 days in the conic wooden vats at the controlled temperature. Wine aging completes in steel tanks for 8-12 months.
The main feature of this type of wine is due to the total respect of the climate. So we have significant differences if we compare different vintages.
The colour is deep red with violet shades.
The grape Montepulciano without sulfites accentuates aromas of mixed red fruits and offers refreshing notes. Tannins delivers a full bodied and rich taste.
