We provide Faster shipping (3-10 days) for FREE with global courier. Shipments are provided every Monday directly from Italy.
You can ask for an Express Shipping for an additional fee.
Please note that delivery period varies depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send an email with specific tracking information of your package(s).

SHIPPING FEES, TAX AND DUTIES

Shipping is FREE to SIngapore.

Shipping to other Country are provided on demand. Please contact us to info@italyworld.asia.

Import duties are included in the price shown on the website. In fact, all destinations are delivered on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means you do not have to think about them. Indeed, relevant import taxes and duties are processed by ITALY WORLD once your order has been shipped. You do not have to pay any additional fee after checkout, and we will take care of the whole process.

Import taxes are already included in the price shown at checkout. All other non-customs-related local sales taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and ITALY WORLD is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states.


RETURN POLICY

We honor return requests made within 14 days after receiving the original purchase.

ITALY WORLD accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use, for refund. Please note that customized, food products, perishable products, personalized and exchanged products cannot be returned.

Returns must be packaged in the ITALY WORLD box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.

To start a return, please Contact us to info@italyworld.asia with your order number. We ask you to cover the return shipment. The refund will be processed within 14 working days upon arrival at our warehouse.

The refund will be processed towards the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Notice that the shipping fee will be excluded from the refund, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund according to your local shipping rate.

For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Once your return has been approved you have 7 days to provide the shipping; after this term the return request expires.

EXCHANGES

We honor exchange requests made within 30 days after receiving the original purchase. 

ITALY WORLD accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use. In addition, customized, perishable, food product or personalized products cannot be exchanged.  Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again or returned.

The to-be exchanged item must be returned packaged in the ITALY WORLD, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.

To start an exchange, please Contact us to info@italyworld.asia with your order number. We ask you to cover the return shipment.  The exchange will be processed within 14 working days upon arrival at our warehouse. 

Once your exchange has been approved you have 7 days to provide the shipping; after this time the exchange request expire.


ITALY WORLD reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, we will contact you to arrange the return of the product/s to the shipping address specified. Shipping cost will be charged.

In the case of defective or incorrect items, we invite you to immediately contact info@italyworld.asia. ITALY WORLD reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
