They are made of flour, water and salt and seasoned by spices.
Our goal is to provide the Apulian specialities with the aim to preserve the homemade characteristics unchanged and to guarantee their freshness up to the time of their consumption, in order to fully meets the needs of our clients.
Ingredients: durum wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast.
Suggestion: taste them with our wine Negramaro or season them with our extra virgin olive oil.
