NAME: Lacrima, autochthonous clone of Morro d’Alba, from vineyards with a maximum yield of 60 quintals.
COLOR: Very intense ruby red.
SMELL: Very intense with hints of rose, violet and berries.
TASTE: Intense spices, full-bodied, persistent, soft and balanced.
VINIFICATION: Short maceration in red, following fermentation in white at controlled temperature, refinement for 3 months in bottle.
