Elegant, rosemary and Mediterrean herbs aroma, nice fullness in the mouth with polished tannins.
Sangiovese 100% Alcohol: 14 % Vol. Libatio is produced following the criteria of guided control of parasites (ex. reg CEE. 2078); selected manual gathering of the grapes; fermentation inside open barrels with very frequent pressing for about 12 days. Temperature controlled post-fermentative soaking with daily pressing for about 6-8 days. Ageing in 225 It. Barriques for about 24 months, then in bottles. Density: 5000 vines/ Ha.
