Ideal on bruschetta with vegetables, barley salads, marinated amberjack, tomatoes with rice, chickpea soups, first courses with salmon, stewed shrimp, barbecued cuttlefish, roasted rabbit, grilled poultry, fresh pasta filata cheeses.
It shows a beautiful and intense golden yellow color with light green nuances, limpid. The bouquet is clean and enveloping, rich in balsamic hints of mint and basil, as well as unripe banana and apple. In the mouth is fine and of good character, with tones of medium ripe tomato, celery and lettuce. Strong bitterness and marked pungency.
